3. Obligations of Receiving Party

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all materials viewed

  • Not copy, download, record, or distribute any content without prior written consent

  • Not share access with any third party

  • Not use the information for any purpose other than evaluation

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain access to any underlying systems, accounts, or infrastructure

  • Use the information for competitive, commercial, or derivative purposes

  • Reverse engineer or recreate the product or strategy based on what is shown

5. Access Control

Access to materials is provided conditionally and may be revoked at any time. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in legal action.

6. Term

This Agreement remains in effect for a period of 3 years from the date of acceptance.

7. No License or Transfer of Rights

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership, license, or rights to the materials beyond the limited evaluation purpose.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

9. Acknowledgment

By submitting the form below and accessing the materials, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understand this Agreement

  • You agree to be legally bound by its terms

  • Unauthorized disclosure may cause harm and may result in legal remedies
